1. technology integration
Nowadays there are continuous attempts to use technology within the class in educational environment. Before I comment on the technology integration directly, I want to approach necessary conditions of 'Good class'. That is because those technological trials are also finally aimed to design 'Better class' environment so that they can be explained in that context.
Then What is a Good Class? In my opinion, key word for explaining the Good class is 'Sympathy'. 'Sympathy', as crucial elements for the successful class, could be interpreted in several directions.
Most of all, sympathy among the students. Good class should provide playgrounds where communication exists because there are not alive classes anymore without student's participation. I would rather say it as social presence. With social presence among his/her friends or teachers, students learn much more contents and raise their motivation to study based on their free will. That is, in other words, Good class environment where diverse interaction exists gives students an opportunity of enhancing learning and motivating themselves. In that sense, technological integration could reinforce those effectiveness by expanding the community and linking members of the class even though students are physically faraway. Considering the fact that most of students feel more comfortable in online technology environments rather than offline, the role of educational technology is to activate community among the students.
In another aspects, we can think about the sympathy for the content. No matter how students dislike subjects, students are supposed to be learning the specific knowledge based on their text book. But, educational technology may take a significant role as a facilitator for the class by stimulating students' interests. It is obviously true that even learning the same information, participation and quality of class can vary in accordance with the interests of the learners. Therefore within the context of online learning environments, students maximize (at least more activate) their competence much better than they did in original class room. Also students could learn lots of knowledge without actual textbooks. In that sense, educational technology could change the standards of good class by emphasizing the leaner-centered environments without not losing an importance of teaching essential contents to the students.

MOOC is a massive open online course for people all around the world who want to take diverse courses provided by prestigious universities for free. During the semester, I took a MOOC course about 'Justice taught by Michael Sandel' and wrote a piece of reflection paper. While I take this MOOC course, I experienced new types of teaching form in education which totally surprised me. Among various MOOC websites, I chose an edX website because they only serviced the subject that I wanted(click the Click to move Hyperlink). After taking this MOOC course, I got a confidence that I could learn whatever I want and I earned skillful methods for how to teach in my education practice periods.

By participating in the Global Learning project, I collaborated with four U.S. students. Working in online, We as a team were supposed to be making a website about the topic 'U.S. government' (site: http://governmentabroadedu.weebly.com click the Click to Move Hyperlink). In order to achieve team project, Our team had an online face to face meeting through Google hangout globally and shared the messages with KAKAO Talk messenger. Also, we used the GoogleDocs programs and PPT files to make the output. Although I as an only one non-native speaker among the students had some troubles in expressing my opinions, I felt confident after finishing the project. Also, I could develop my team communication skills that are needed for the group work.

3)FLIPPED CLASSROOM

Third assignment that I did was to make my webpage for the flipped room class. As I already have an experience of teaching ethics in the middle school, I chose to teach the ethics for the subject. To design the flipped classroom, I used the weebly webpage(site: http://skkuethics.weebly.com/, click the Click to Move Hyperlink) and researched the back-up data from the internet. I additionally made the work sheet paper for the class. After making this flipped classroom based on the constructivism, I realized overall concepts of flipped classroom in view of designing the group activity program. Also I learned how to organize the contents when we open the flipped courses.

4)E-PORTFOLIO
![Picture](/uploads/4/2/6/6/42669619/426322.png?236)
Fourth assignment that I have done is to make this homepage. This activity included making my profile, setting my goals and philosophy of marketing on this weebly site(site: Http://hwansung.weebly.com/, click the Click to Move Hyperlink). As I want to be the market specialist rather than a teacher, I tried to focus on that. While making the webpage, I could reflect myself and organize the data. One day I hope to use this website my e-portfolio resume for the job specification.
